Solid chancre more frequently is localized on the sex organs (in women frequently on the neck of womb), which indicates sexual infection; considerably more rarely are observed the extra-sexual chancres, which can be located on any section of the skin or mucous membranes: lips, almonds, on the skin of pubes, thighs, scrotum, stomach.
